"In 1999 I went to university to study History and my parents thought it would be best if I got a new comp since I had a lot of typing to do and a dot matrix printer didn't produce such good paperwork (ahhh - the sound of that little machine).
It's around this time that I was first introduced to the internet (yes :O I know!) we did have internet in school but I wasn't interested at that point -oh, I was so ignorant.
cheap wow gold
I played a lot of games on that system and got hooked to RPG's.
I played a lot, and more...
I got a gf, changed studies, lost the gf, got hooked on Baldur's Gate II in 2004.
It was then that I got a job and did only three things;
Work, game and sleep.
It was then that a friend introduced me to WoW while I was at his place.
I arrived early and caught him on an SM pug.
I melted at the idea of an interactive Fantasy environment, because AI only gets frustrating after you play it a second time.
The game looked good, it looked fun.
buy cheap wow gold I had heard of it, but the idea of paying for a game every month kind of held me back.
They were expensive enough already! But since I had a steady job by then and not much to spend it on, I ordered a copy over the internet.
I bought WoW - my first MMORPG - in August 2005 and rolled a human rogue (my friend played alliance as well).
sell wow goldI got frustrated by the Alliance community, the long PvP queues (pre ""Drums of War"" patch) and my character (my n00b char, actually had int on my head instead of agi - I was looking at gear level rather than stats lol).
The guild I was in was falling apart as well, due to new members bringing a lot of drama.
I changed to the Dark Side and played a hunter and a rogue.
Many of our old Alliance guild 'defected' as well.
We changed guilds a few times, made our own, disbanded it but remained in touch with eachother until the wish to raid broke us apart and we were spread over 3 guilds: The Scourge, Mist and Dark Storm.
Some of them quit - I had a 2 month break last summer - but most returned on a casual basis in the guild Demonic Souls.
really cheap wow gold
Now it's March 2008 and I still play WoW whenever I can.
I spend a lot of time with my gf, so I'm just a casual gamer now.
I've got a job, a house, a car, a partner and I am still an avid gamer - but I haven't touched another game since I've started WoW...
fast wow goldit's not so much the game itself that keeps me going, but playing with the people in the community.
Without this social aspect, I would be playing another game this evening ^_^
I will be playing WotLK, I will be coughing up the dough, probably until the guild falls apart, Blizz goes bankrupt or the game is surpassed on every level by another game (yes, that day will come - WoW will become outdated at some point) but until then - WoW ftw!!! "
